Plot: Dil and his friends have decided to celebrate Diwali after 10 years. Unfortunately, Dil can not go home because his visa has expired. To make matters worse, Diwali celebrations have been banned in his village. Dil then decides to take a bus to Delhi to stay with his friends. In Delhi, Dil meets a stranger by the name of Rocky who is a young and cool guy. Rocky acts like he is a famous actor and attracts many girls. He also happens to be the son of a local don. Rocky and Dil decide to do some work in his dad's factory but they are soon caught. This is when Rocky's dad comes to the rescue and offers them a job in his factory to save them from the cops. While in the factory, Rocky and Dil meet new friends who tell them about the problems of the country. Rocky then convinces Dil to get him a passport and then both of them go home. Later, Dil meets Rocky again and decides to stay with him.
