We would like to point out that the list represents only a partial listing. The list of defunct companies is incomplete and does not include all of the companies that should be on the list. We therefore suggest that the list is not used to update compliance status and that companies should instead check the list of companies that are not compliant on the BRELA website.
We urge all Directors, officers, and staff to self-declare their compliance status and ensure that a robust internal control system is in place. We also advise all company directors and management to regularly check their company’s BRELA records.
The Economic and Social Council (ECOSOCC) has also published information on the Business Register . It is interesting to note that the government has not yet implemented the online system to file annual returns. Once this has been completed, companies will require their own internal database (i.e. the BRELA database) in order to file their annual returns.
All employees who participate in the filing and payment of annual returns, and the signing of Statutory Annual Returns are required to independently confirm the compliance status of their companies and to ensure that there is a robust internal control system in place.
The system is designed to help companies register businesses and check the status of their existing registrations. The system is intended to help the government to efficiently manage the registration of businesses and to allow users to file annual returns or download the financial statements for the previous years.
Companies that require a search of the Business Register should make the request within the next 4 weeks. The search is currently available for authorised depository institutions and government offices only. If you wish to search the register, please visit the Business Register website at: www.businessregister.gov.tz .
One question, If I made my child study and revision again, is that enough? I feel that I would expect more from him/her. I think that the child is getting more and more from the school. So when I will make my child revise again, will I be worrying him/her more? This is the question which I think is unacceptable
When the child knows that he or she is in the competitive world, he/she will work harder and will learn the quality work. That is the reason why we learn to write the perfect way or to write in the neat way or to write in the way that we wish in a school. So i do not agree with your idea of scrapping homework.
HOMEWORK(under taken) is very necessary for the betterment of the child. The main concern of the parents is the study of the child. It's not good to create the child as a lazy. We need to see that the child is active and is interested in learning the same. We, the parents are the main cause behind the child''s education. If the parents become lazy, what for the child? 827ec27edc
